do you think that 18 days is long enough for first wholes to heal up enough so that i can take them out for 5 to 6 hours and put them back in without a problem.... i mean it is just under half of what they recommend....

I wouldn't do it. I think the 4-6 weeks they suggest is nowhere near enough time to heal. I got mine pierced when I was 19 and they took more like 4 months to heal. Think of it as an open wound... taking them out will cause a lot of pain, will disrupt healing, and it will take even longer for them to heal. Be patient. They probably WILL close up and those 18 days will be for nothing.

No I think it is too soon. The hole is still new and in the healing process. Taking an earring in and out while the piercing is still healing will irritate it prolonging the healing process.

I wouldn't... it'll be so painful putting them back in as they'll most likely still bleed after only 18 days.

NO - six weeks MINIMUM.
Then take them out, clean them with alcohol, and your ears with peroxide; then put new [ clean ] stud earrrings in.
