HAHA, trooper trying to defend his profession. If you are a law enforcement agent trooper, I hope you are an honest one.Not much honesty or decency is found in law enforcement these days. You guys get a gun and badge, and bad things happen to decent people. BILLY BADASS and BERTHA ***** is how most officers act. Fortunately there are a few still left who dont feel they are above the law. Yes politics, law enforcement and the U S Government are like a 3 ring circus Amidst all there CORRUPTION I realize law enforcement deals with a lot of idiots But why use 20 armed cops to shoot at 1 armed citizen who is shooting at them EXCESS FORCE, Locally in the US cops have killed civillians with tazers

HAVE TO AGREE WITH TROOPER 3- AFTER 42 YEARS IN LAW ENF, I HAVE STILL YET BEGUN TO UNDERSTAND OR COMPREHEND, WHAT MAKES PEOPLE GO OFF?
I HAVE READ ABOUT THE INCIDENT AND THEN SAW A VIDEO TODAY ABOUT IT?
WHEN YOU ACT STUPID AND PUT OTHERS IN JEOPARDY, EXPECT TO BE TAKEN DOWN. THAT IS A POLICEMAN'S JOB. TO PROTECT AND SERVE THE PUBLIC FROM HARM.
A TAZER DID NOT KILL THIS MAN.
THE WAY HE WAS ACTING, AND THE CIRCUMSTANCES THAT I PERCEIVED FROM THE VIDEO AND NEWS TAPES ETC., SURROUNDING HIS ACTIONS, LEAD ME TO BELIEVE, THAT A TUMOR OR POSSIBLE HEMORRHAGE TO THE BRAIN, IS WHAT REALLY TRIGGERED THIS EMOTION, AND POSSIBLE DEATH? JUST MY OPINION NOW??
IN ANY EVENT LIKE THIS, IT IS A SORROWFUL EVENT THAT TOOK PLACE. BUT THE GOOD SIDE IS. WHEN AN EMERGENCY DOES TRANSPIRE, AND THEN TAKES PLACE IN INTERNATIONAL AFFAIRS, THE GOVERNMENTS ARE SURE, ALL OF A SUDDEN TO RESPOND? (NO MATTER HOW STUPIDLY?)

I don't think you and I saw the same video.
The video I saw showed a person yelling, throwing chairs, creating a disturbance, and acting out of control. It also showed hundreds of other people who were being reasonable, and not creating a disturbance.
I did not see any report of him dying from the taser either, he died 10 hours later. No one knows the reason, the autopsy is not complete yet.
This problem can be solved with a lot less than $1.3 million if you follow one simple rule: Don't act like a complete moron if you can't speak the local language.

Sadly but of necessity, all changes come after something bad happens. Remember the Titanic? The Ford Pinto? Apollo 13? All bad. This perpetual apologizing for the police is drawing more attention to them than they need. Yup, all bad.

I hope they outlaw this little toy of power they got that is killing people. We must always remember that the police... government will use violence at whelm to subdue us into submission. We have become so violent that life is just a mere drop in the bucket to them.It is a circus and the show just began!

One can focus on the problem or one can seek a solution. The choice has always been there. It always will be.
