Its weird, he sits some seats behind me diagonally, and however the way I sit, like with my legs out, he copies? and like with my ankles crossed, he copies that too. I don't think its a coincidence, because its happened a few times. He always talks to me and talks with my name when he's talking to me, and he also sits across from me in biology and asks to me to exchange papers with me to compare notes.

I think he might but it does sound a little creepy. I am hoping this is a young fellow who just doesn't know how to approach a girl. I would be curious if you cross your legs and leave them that way the entire class if he would copy. If so, run! I guess you could always ask him for coffee or to study or something. Then you would get your answer.

The answer is, only that 'guy' knows the answer and your best chance of finding out the answer is to ask that 'guy'
If everyone in here tells you 'yes' and they are 'wrong' then what do you do?
I suggest you ask that person out for some coffee and to go over some 'biology' stuff. Once you get him there talk biology stuff. Before you all call it an go seperate ways, ask him if he would not mind going out to a movie, for fun.
Then you can take it from there...

It does sound like the guy likes you. He tries to think of any way for you to talk to him or even to get your attention. He may think you are a beautiful girl and just doesn't know what to say to you. He is nervous! Which is a great sign that he has a thing for you.

Sounds creepy to me. Does he make you feel creepy or weird?
I would make sure that you always have a friend with you and if you see him showing up in places all the time I would talk to the campus police.

Is he mimicing your actions playfully? If so, then yes, he likes you. Hey, either that or he's gay :) But in all seriousness, he probably does like you.
Does he make excuses to talk to you? Is he extra funny in front of you? If so, he's trying to impress you and yes, he likes you.
Be a little distant one day. Don't pay so much attention. If he didn't like you before, he will then!

Of course, when I like a girl, I seem to talk to her formally when we speak. GIve him your number on a little piece of paper or messenger, and see what happens. If he calls you the same day he is so in to you.

if he makes it obvious that hes coping you then yes.
when a guy trys to find an excuse to talk to you (like comparing notes) then i would say he likes you. but if he picks up his pencil to copy then he might be using you for your brain
why would he want to look at your notes if hes not getting any answers??
