45 year old heavy equipt. operator had leg amputated and needs statistics of how many injuries were caused when others lifted rear of snowmbile to help in his lawsuit against manufacture for failure to warn that track could break and this could happen. Sorry, but given his age and profession he should have known better if the first place. Tell your buddy to suck it up and deal with his lapse of common sense with his own wallet. Why do people think all of these companies are responsible for keeping us from doing stupid stuff? It is not the sled makers fault that he felt it wise to rev the track while up in the air. Also, the dange in doing so is clear for any fool to see, well, maybe not any fool.
