Aruba is just off the coast of Venezuela... (North of it.) Saint Maarten though is close to her sister Dutch isle of Saba near the northern part of the Caribbean. Look east of Puerto Rico...

as was said, depends on how fast a boat.....now, there are no regular ships or ferries that do that route, so you are looking at a private yacht.....6 days by 40 foot sailboat, 2 and a half by 100 foot motor yacht.
