Is there anywhere in the bible that states when jesus destiny was revealed. Was he told about his destiny after he was baptised.Or was he revealed it during the 40 days in the destert. Or was it right after he passed the 40 days temptation test and the angels came to him. Please use scripture texts as evidence to answer this question if possible. Thanks

Peace.....Jesus was in the Garden of Gethsemane in prayer and came to realize what was to come - the crucifixion - that is why he said to God the Father, "If it is possible, let this cup pass from me".....I think you will find this in Luke.....God bless, "orthros"

Jesus foresaw his destiny before his birth because he created the life experience he had, the same as you and I have created our own destiny and life experience, Jesus has been back several times but not as the saviour, because that experience he had has gone for ever.

Genesis 3:15 tells us about the seed of the woman that was Jesus and Jesus was there in the beginning and he knew what he would do in the Beginning.

From the very beginning with Adam and Eve !!! He was there from the very start !!!
Remember He slaughtered a creature He created and covered the shame of Adam and Eve with the skins !!! There are many prophesies He fulfilled that were spoken of in the Old Testament !!!

I'm to go out on a limb and say it was when he was baptize that Gods Holy Sprite came down after he came up out of the water he was filled with holy Sprite and with that came knowledge.

God could heal amputees, cancer, hunger and everything else if he wanted but there is suffering in this world for one reason–SIN. I hate for it to be such a Biblical answer but that is the reason. The good things I get in my life are not because I have done anything good–it is because of God’s Grace.

Jesus knew he was in trouble

According to his response I'd say it was when he was 12. The response he gave his parents when they commented they had been searching for him. This leads me to believe he was already aware of the path his life was to take.
