If it's a credit card, you don't need to "deposit" money into it, unless you're over your credit limit already. Then you just need to pay your bill. You may be able to transfer money online if your bank allows it.

They can pay online for your credit card but not deposit money on it. Of course, they will need all your private information to do so.

You don't "deposit" money; you pay the balance.
