When you find the time to meditate you will know then you will not have to ask : )
These are some of the benefits of meditation:
1.Improved concentration - A clear mind makes you more productive, especially in creative disciplines like writing.
2.Less bothered by little things - Do you sometimes allow yourself to get upset by little things? It is the nature of the mind to magnify small things into serious problems. Meditation helps us detach. We learn to live in the here and now, rather than worrying about the past or future. We do not worry about meaningless things, but see the bigger picture.
3.Better Health - There have been numerous studies pointing to the health benefits of meditation. The reason is that meditation reduces stress levels and alleviates anxiety. If we can reduce stress, many health benefits follow.
4.Knowledge of Self - Meditation enables us to have a deeper understanding of our inner self. Through meditation we can gain a better understanding of our life’s purpose.
Love & Blessings

When you pray to God everybody has their own image in their head, God looks like whatever the believer wants him too look like, the version that man made up is a white bearded man with a long white shroud on, no body knows what color God is, they just know what they want to believe, but according to the Bible and the region he lived in and the color of the people in that region, the popular myth of what God looks like couldn't be more wrong.

God is a spirit, according to Jesus' words to the woman drawing water at the well.
When Jesus came in the flesh he was not handsome to speak of (Isaiah 53) and when He returns He will have hair white as wool (so says the book of Revelation; cannot remember where exactly).

Like an ordinary man.People need to remember the Bible says Jesus Christ was God manifested in the flesh. The Bible doesn't describe him much at all. He just sounds from all accounts like he was a "regular Joe".

we have all seen that hippie esque image of Jesus that comes to mind so that is almost immediately what I picture when I hear god. However Jesus is not god. So in that case I some what picture god as Mufasa in the Lion King, when he is in the heaves like a presence in the clouds.
so basically, a pink fluffy unicorn or a lion named Mufasa.

God is a bright light that no one can look directly at without being blinded. We are told His glory will light up heaven and we will not need the sun or moon.

Rom 1:19 Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath showed it unto them.
Rom 1:20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:
Rom 1:21 Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
Rom 1:22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,
Rom 1:23 And changed the glory of the incorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.
Rom 1:24 Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonor their own bodies between themselves:
Rom 1:25 Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshiped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen.
Rom 1:26 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:
Rom 1:27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompense of their error which was meet.
Rom 1:28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;
Rom 1:29 Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers,
Rom 1:30 Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents,
Rom 1:31 Without understanding, covenant breakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful:
Rom 1:32 Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.

Well, I know Jesus was a man. He probably had brown or black hair. More than likely His eyes were brown. He looked average, didn't stand out in appearance, because when Judas betrayed Him, Judas had to kiss Him to identify Him to the soldiers, even though Jesus had been around and been seen by all of them before.
That was how He looked when He was on earth, here is how the Bible describes Him in Heaven.
"9 I, John, both[e] your brother and companion in the tribulation and kingdom and patience of Jesus Christ, was on the island that is called Patmos for the word of God and for the testimony of Jesus Christ. 10 I was in the Spirit on the Lord’s Day, and I heard behind me a loud voice, as of a trumpet, 11 saying, “I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last,”[f] and, “What you see, write in a book and send it to the seven churches which are in Asia:[g] to Ephesus, to Smyrna, to Pergamos, to Thyatira, to Sardis, to Philadelphia, and to Laodicea.”
12 Then I turned to see the voice that spoke with me. And having turned I saw seven golden lampstands, 13 and in the midst of the seven lampstands One like the Son of Man, clothed with a garment down to the feet and girded about the chest with a golden band. 14 His head and hair were white like wool, as white as snow, and His eyes like a flame of fire; 15 His feet were like fine brass, as if refined in a furnace, and His voice as the sound of many waters; 16 He had in His right hand seven stars, out of His mouth went a sharp two-edged sword, and His countenance was like the sun shining in its strength. 17 And when I saw Him, I fell at His feet as dead. But He laid His right hand on me, saying to me,[h] “Do not be afraid; I am the First and the Last. 18 I am He who lives, and was dead, and behold, I am alive forevermore. Amen. And I have the keys of Hades and of Death."
