the atheists are out in force tonight!
anyway, here goes:
Before the crucifixion, Jesus is on trial and the chief priest asks Jesus to answer - under oath - if He is the Son of God. You can read this scene in the Bible: "The high priest said to Him, 'I charge you under oath by the living God: Tell us if you are the Christ, the Son of God.' 'Yes, it is as you say,' Jesus replied." (Matthew 26:63-64).
It is true that Jesus claimed divinity. This is just one example of many in the Bible. This was the reason they put Him on trial and put Him to death. They didn't do it because He was going around saying, "Be nice to each other." That doesn't get you a death sentence.
But, just because Jesus claimed to be the Son of God, doesn't necessarily make it true. If someone you knew claimed to be the Son of God, would you think it was true? No, you would probably think that person had a serious mental problem. But when Jesus claims it, hardly anyone laughs. Why is Jesus believable? There are many reasons. Here are three:
His Life - People believed Jesus' claim to be God because He was so absolutely trustworthy. He lived a perfect life - He was sinless. And He had more insight into life and people than anyone. It would be inconsistent that He wouldn't know His own identity.
His Prophesies - Hundreds of years before Jesus came to earth, many predictions were given about the identity of the Messiah. Jesus matched every prediction. It was like one-of-a-kind divine DNA. (Read Isaiah 53:3-12 for an example.)
His Miracles - Jesus referred to His miracles as signs. These signs pointed to Jesus' divinity. Of the hundreds of miracles, one was especially important - He rose from the dead, never to die again.

If you need proof from God's Word, read the Bible - in it are many prophecies, promises and all the proof you can ever need. The only question is this - are your eyes opened that you can see or are you one of those that Jesus talked about saying, "having eyes but cannot see, having ears but cannot hear".

There is much evidence, but whether the evidence is enough for you, I cannot say. For example:
The king and prophet David in his Psalm 22 describes Jesus' crucifixion 1000 years before he died.
Isaiah in his book, 7v14 and 53v1~12 describes Jesus' life and resurrection 600 years before he arrived.
Isaiah in 9v6~7 tells us that Jesus is God, again 600 years before he came.
We have copies of the Psalms and Isaiah older than 30 AD, proving that these prophecies could not have been forged by Christians.
Then we have his creative power shown in the gospel, demonstrating that he is the Creator. He created new eyes and ears for the blind and the deaf and bread from nothing to feed thousands of people. He arose from the dead after 3 days in fulfilment of Isaiah's prophecy and his own predictions of his own resurrection.
When he comes again, everyone will know the truth of these things, but will he find many believing people on earth? People who have believed in him without seeing him?

Personal faith, answered prayers. Seeing and hearing testimonials. Actually seeing God's miracles. Visions of God by people you know that are TOTALLY the most sane people you will ever meet.
Read Bilque Sheiks book, "I Dared To Call Him Father." She was a muslim who became a Christian. In her own words and experiences you will SEE the proof. It's a wonderful book. Also see the website:

Jesus said of Himself that He was God. He applied the name of God, "I AM," (See Exodus 3:14) to Himself in several passages. Here's a few examples: Matthew 14:27, Mark 6:50, Mark 13:6, Luke 21:8, John 4:26, John 6:20, John 8:24, 28, 58, and John 13:19. There are several others I have not listed. Besides this, Jesus said that He & the Father were one (John 10:30). This describes a unity, even though there are two. (Note, the I AM passages I referred to are from the Greek, as the English translations often mistranslate I AM for "It is I" or "I am He," to allow for readability.)
Another angle to pursue is the various Scriptures that demonstrate that God's attributes are present in Jesus as well as the Holy Spirit. For example, the Father is eternal (Psalm 90:2), and so is the Son (John 1:2), and so is the Holy Spirit (Hebrews 9:14). Another shared attribute is their holiness. Only God is truly holy. The Father is holy (Revelation 15:4), so is the Son (Acts 3:14), and so is the Spirit (Acts 1:8).
Next, Jesus received worship, which is only for God:
"Then the men in the boat began to worship Jesus, saying, "You certainly are the Son of God!" (Matthew 14:33)
"Suddenly Jesus met them and said, "Greetings!" They went up to him, took hold of his feet, and worshiped him." (Matthew 28:9)
"They worshiped him and returned to Jerusalem with great joy." (Luke 24:52)
"He said, "Lord, I do believe," and worshiped him." (John 9:38)
"I heard every creature in heaven, on earth, under the earth, and on the sea, and everything that is in them, saying, "To the one who sits on the throne and to the lamb be praise, honor, glory, and power forever and ever!" Then the four living creatures said, "Amen!", and the elders bowed down and worshiped." (Revelation 5:13-14)
Lastly, Jesus forgave sins. The Pharisees were correct when they asked, "Who can forgive sins but God alone?" (Mark 2:7) And yet Jesus did that several times.

i'm so giddy you titled this question as "What are some proofs Jesus and God are one?" John 10:30, Jesus himself speaking. "I and the father are One." He known worship on diverse events without rebuking them. He became referred to as "The observe made flesh", and the bible states that "interior the beginning up, became the observe, and the observe became with God, and the observe became God" He became to be referred to as "Emmanuel" in spirit, because of the fact Emmanuel skill "GOD WITH US" Jesus stated "Verily, verily, I say unto you, till now Abraham became, i'm." John 17:5 "And now, Father, glorify me on your presence with the appreciate I had with you till now the worldwide began." yet he's often referred to as, "The Son" of God, not God the father. that's the secret of Triunity, that God, in 3, is a million. For the bible the two makes differences, and makes unifications. God is unlike us - he exists in a state we can not understand. Jesus and God, are one. Many extra reasons :) it would be obtrusive.

God tells angels to worship Him:
6 And again, when God brings his firstborn into the world, he says,
"Let all God's angels worship him." (Hebrews 1 & Psalm 45)
God calls Jesus God:
8 But about the Son he says,
"Your throne, O God, will last for ever and ever,
and righteousness will be the scepter of your kingdom.
9You have loved righteousness and hated wickedness;
therefore God, your God, has set you above your companions
by anointing you with the oil of joy."
(Hebrews 1 & Psalm 45)
Jesus says that God is Spirit:
24 God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in spirit and in truth." (John 4)
Jesus calls God the Father:
John 20:17
Jesus said, "Do not hold on to me, for I have not yet returned to the Father. Go instead to my brothers and tell them, 'I am returning to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God.' "
Jesus says that the Father and him are one:
30 "I and the Father are one."
Jesus calls himself 'from everlasting to everlasting ':
58"I tell you the truth," Jesus answered, "before Abraham was born, I am!" (John 8)
Jesus is in Daniel 7 as the Most High, having a separate set of independent actions from the Ancient of Days:
13 "In my vision at night I looked, and there before me was one like a son of man, coming with the clouds of heaven. He approached the Ancient of Days and was led into his presence. 14 He was given authority, glory and sovereign power; all peoples, nations and men of every language worshiped him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion that will not pass away, and his kingdom is one that will never be destroyed.
21 As I watched, this horn was waging war against the saints and defeating them, 22 until the Ancient of Days came and pronounced judgment in favor of the saints of the Most High, and the time came when they possessed the kingdom.

jesus is allegedly the son of god...
there can be no proof, which is why its called faith...
god is all things to all men... the ideology has a different name dependent on culture and symbolism... but the ideology is always the same... men just dont seem to be able to agree...
which is a pity.
