I had an AF NIKKOR LENS 35-105mm, 1:3.5-4.5,can I use it with Nikon D80?

Yes you can. Before I got digital I took my Nikon N90s and bag with lenses to the store to test the camera displays. You can do that too.

Yep, you sure can.

General rule of thumb is that ANY F-mount Nikon lens will attach to your D80. Not all will be able to meter, however. And of course only autofocus lenses will, well, autofocus. But the lens you mention will work fine.

AF is compatible with D80.
