i was like that once its just when a girl is thinking about what she is doing......cuz i was thinking not to shake and i just shook more.....also its not her fault its just the way the body reacts. nothing big

My guesses is order of likelihood:
1. Adrenaline rush. Scared or really excited, or both.
2. Orgasm. But she should be able to tell you if that was it. If so, you lucky dog.
3. Really cold.
4. Seizure, possibly mild epilepsy.
