I really would like to start a non profit organation but im not really sure how. I want to help the world!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Haha but its true i love the envirment and people and i just wanna help so if you have any advice feel free to tell me THANKS!

I just started one, and she's right. It's tough, but doable. Take as much advice from people as you can. People are your best resources, particularly other non-profit organizations in your area.

Get to know people (who the influencers are and the No. #2 men also), and write down EVERYTHING. You will be glad you did. Take notes on who you talk to and on what date, what you talked about, and the results.

I found out something neat here a few days ago. If you plan on using your own start-up money- do it all at once from your bank account to your non-profit's bank account. It will count as a loan, which don't count as income. This will assure you can reimburse yourself down the road, and will keep all of your funds together.
