I wonder if anyone knows how many years or statue of limitations is there that a person can sue in a real estate matter...some important things were not disclosed to me and I have been here 2 years and 8 months. I dont know if it is 2 or 3 years for real estate.

The general limit for any civil case is 1 year.

This may vary by state, but you did not mention where the house is located. I would suggest getting to an attorney, fast.

The Statute of Limitations is a STATE law. The length varies by state. Pleas post what state's law applies.

Different states have different statutes of limitations. Each type of case can carry different limitations, as well. You would need to consult your state statute book. Those can be found online with a simple google search. Good luck.
