Coming from one whose heart has been broken several times over my lifetime, I have to ask if it was your intention to hurt her? Sometimes we do or say stupid things that we don't really mean but in the heat of anger, we blurt out junk!!! then we are sorry later.
I would give her time to heal by not emailing, texting, calling etc. If you see mutual friends, casually ask how she is doing.... testing the waters. If you cannot face her to ask for forgiveness, write her a letter... YES a hand written letter, not an email or text!!
Tell her how breaking her heart made you feel, that you are sorry this happened (if you are) and anything else you feel. Sometimes writing a letter has more meaning because the written word can be read and read again over and over and has a way of healing a broken heart.

ok this sounds mean but it works if you broke a gurls heart the more u talk to her the more shes going to be sad for a while just leave her then when u think shes a little better talk to her and tell her how u feel....a guy did that to me and it worked maybe it will work 4 u! good luck.

make her forget about the bad things. If you have done something wrong to her. Make it up to her, do something that counts and make her smile again. But if when you are the reason that would broke up to her heart. keep away, it's better to leave her alone with her friends and loved ones. time heals...

There is nothing you can do to heal her heart unless you get back with her. If that's not an option, stay away from her. Don't ignore her either you just shouldn't try to stay friends with her until she has completely moved on. Another thing... it really hurts us girls to see someone we still have feelings for, being with other girls.

If you've ever seen those chick flicks where the guy screws up and goes to the ends of the earth to fix it, thats what you have to do. Unless you dont care about her then leave her alone, but that would be a very mean thing to do.

well it depends on how she taken it so which means that if u broke her heart bad then be with her comfort her a lot support what she says and do and if is not that serious wait a couple of days and see what happens

This is going to sound harsher than I mean it, but: YOU can't. If you're the one causing her pain, then there's not a whole lot you can do short of being with her again, but that's not what you want to do, right? She'll have to work through it on her own...with her friends and family. You can be nice to her and try to be the best to her friend that you can be. But you can't "fix" her feelings. Although it's nice of you want to :)

Well seeing as i currently did this, according to her she said it was because it was unexpected and i didnt give her a good reason so hoenstly talk to her tell her how you felt be honest tell her your sorry it hurt her when you broke up with her, dont say you feel sorry for her that just pisses them off give her a reason and just be nice good luck man.
