Is it better to go to college to become a sous chef, an school of art institutes, or a commuinty college?
I heard that is not worth going to the best school for their prices.

it all depends what kind of college you want to go to but you might want to some research on schools in canada and the united states because some schools are cheaper on books then other colleges like nait. Community college while working your butt off through the ranks of a job at the same time. The chefs I know say that CIA grads are all ego, no talent. Get that experience behind you. Then someday you can go for the chef's designation.
