It only happens when I play a game.It sounds like "clunk".It's laying flat on a level surface. Is it normal or should I return it?

Take it out of the entertainment center and run it on a hard surface and see what happens.

If it comes from the vent area - probably a small particle of dust got stuck, you can clean it with a USB PC vacuum cleaner (not the one you clean your house with - it's too strong). If it comes from DVD area - contact a service.

honestly i dont know never happened to me but like i would say try sitting it vertical i dotn know if it will work but you never know

return it and get an xbox 360
