I going to give you an empath's best guess. 1 more, year and a half from now.
Not a pyschic, but sometimes I get a lucky guess.

That's really not something that is determinable by psychic ability - that has all got to do with your individual free will.
And if someone tells you three children, you might have four children because your subconscious tells you to disprove it.
It's better if they use psychic ability to guess things that have happened or are happening in the present.

there are no real psychics. but there are some amazingly gullible people.
anyone at all can give you a reading. all you need to do is believe it.
