I just recently moved to Texas. The climate is so hot and humid, causing me to breakout allot. I started to developed rash, flaky dry skin. I used to live in Northern California where the climate is cold and wet. And I never develop rash or dry skin when I lived in California, but now when I moved to Texas. I have so many breakouts and I don't know how to get rid of it.

I’m currently using a cleanser that removes acne and blackhead. I was wondering if I can just wash my face once a day, because if I wash my face in the morning and night, it dries my skin out so much, because of the weather.

What should I do?

I live in the coast. I used to live in San Francisco, before I moved. And no, I do not use liquid makeup, it's bad for my skin. I just bare mineral makeup. It doesn't clog my pores at all.

Use a milder soap designed for faces. Some of those acne/blackhead soaps and meds have alcohol in them, very drying and irritating. Look at the label. Use natural products, I use a face soap I buy at Trader Joes I love that has shea butter in it, non-drying.

BTW, I live in N. CA. and where I am (not at the coast) it's dry. I was surprised. I now put more moistureizer on and use that soap.

Do you wear a liquid base make-up? Those can clog pores.

I only use water when I wash my face and I follow up with sensitive skin lotion. I have very clear skin (not bragging, just saying). I have never used products on my face. My skin is very sensitive and if I use any kind of cleanser, I break out from it.

Good luck.

Use anti-bacterial soap like Dial. I live where the climate is hot and I used to have a breakout.

wash your face with it daily and it gradually works

Use an oil free moisturizer with washing your face once or twice a day. I like curel.
