I have been in tae kwan doe and ji jit sue (forgive my spelling) and have atleast made it to yellow in both

my mother dosnt trust me with the sport so she always pulls me out ( i would never hurt anyone unless something real messed up happened i dont even fight back when in fights i usualy just move out the way and try to avoid them). I want to continue training are there any free online sights or good book or something that can help me

and i know this might sound oquard but i want to learn the type of moves that will end somethin fast maybe break a few bones. i already know alot . i just want to learn more i think its fasinating

i alreaedy studied the bodie and its joints and all now i just want to know a good form and art that i can learn and teach me how to get rid of a threat fast.

It takes Patience to exceed in martial arts, the best way to improve is to stick with the training and practice your technique when your not in the dojo, the main thing you want to make sure is you do the technique right and eventually the better at it you get, the faster and more proficient you will get at executing your moves, and as far as learning the more advance techniques, you need to have Patience and master the more basic moves first, the longer you stick with it, the more cooler moves you will be taught, the best teacher is your instructor and experience, try participating in tournaments when you can, its real good experience, and it will help your reflexes and help you be more prepared for real fights.

I would also suggested mediation, and Yoga, very relaxing for mind, spirit, and body.

Other than that, read self-help books.
