I just started taking Yaz, and I know one person already responded that they had pain in their calf too. This is not a strong pain, but it is there.
I do not smoke, and the actual chances of a blood clot should be very unlikely. However, just to be safe- I have to ask. Has anyone else had these side effects?

Yes, I had some pain in my left leg when I went on Yaz's sister product called Yasmin. I also noticed during that time that my leg got cold. I had reported the problem to my gyn's office and figured out that it was actually related to my arthritis but what a scary coincidence while I was adjusting to that medication. After things settled down a bit with it I had to get off after 6 months because of a different problem that occurred.
I would recommend getting in touch with your doctor to let them know what's going on so that they can evaluate the situation further.
