my profile includes the following statement...
Religion is the root of all evil and the human race is about to learn that the natural world won't die for their stuborness and stupidity.
it's not likely they are there to agree with my views or honor me....

well well the true christian colors come alive in Blessed3 who put herself as a fan then shortly after a violation notice appeared... that's how you cowards defend your faity... the great hypocrites of the world.... I know you are dying because of it... I know there is no life after death.. and I'm going to get to live a long life dancing on your graves ...

I know what keeps us alive, I know what makes us die.... religion is the fast road to death... for all it's done to damage nature over the years... all I have to do is sit back and enjoy .... people like the closed minded ones stop me from feeling sory for the rest of you... and if I sound damn angry i am..... but I need not take revenge for your life's choice is your undoing by your own hand..... long live KARMA...

Some people make "Contacts" just to be able to see their questions and answers. I've done that before. Someone I may not agree with with enjoy debating with or at least find their answers or questions interesting, even if I think they are always wrong. The term, "Fan" is not my chosing... it is YA's, but that is the only way I can follow certain people. I wish there were a way I could "search" for particulary users. A private file to keep a list of users and the ability to click on avatars within my own file and see all their questions/answers.
NOTE*** I do NOT, nor have I EVER stalked anyone. That's just a silly wast of time. I don't even report people. Again, a waste of time. I'm not saying I NEVER would report someone, but they'd have to be doing someithing like enticing violence toward me or someone else. Not ever for an opinion.

Exercise your judgment here. If it's a "Ramjet" kind of Christian, it's just someone with an open mind and a sense of humor -- no problem. If it's "Chosen By Grace" you are in trouble. If you can't tell either way, I'd say it's up to you. How badly do you want to keep your present R&S identity? If you care deeply, be prudent and block 'em.

Be careful with that Gypsy. I found a Christian added himself as a "fan" when I have not really expressed myself as a fan of all Christians myself. So I turned that feature off, after I saw some of his posts. There is no legitimate reason an extreme Christian would be a fan of someone who has raised issues with the religion.
Please note that I appreciate and truly value the good Christians out there. Thanks again for praying for me if you have been in on my situation.

Because it is a way around them not being able to see your questions and answers.
If they are your fan they can see your Q&A and many people use that for "question-mining" and reporting purposes in attempts to get accounts deleted.

Not all Christians are intolerant and close minded. I have many atheists as contacts. I enjoy questions that challenge my beliefs.

Maybe he/she finds you interesting.
Last time i checked, off the netherzone of the Internet, some Christians are quite capable of making friends with Jews, Muslims, Atheists, and even this little old Buddhist.
Or at least acknowledge their intellectual insights.

Well, I just looked at your profile.
1.) He (he?) is turned on by you.
2.) He (he?) thinks he can save you.
3.) She (she?) likes you (you know, like LIKES you).
4.) They want to compile a folio on you to send you to hell.
I wouldn't worry, though. Them ol' conspiracies, they're only in yer head.

You say "religion" is the root of all evil. WHICH religion?
You're hardly my idea of one to be a fan of. Biblical ignorance is not something I look up to.

Maybe they are having a change of heart and want to get more info from you. Or they are tracking you so they can report you.
Why don't you ask them? Why are you so suspicious?

Maybe because they thought your questions would be challenging. Not all of us are afraid to defend our faith.
