Recently, I went to print something and couldn't (I have 2 printers listed on the MacBooks hardware). I wound up trying to delete them both and then reinstall them but that didn't work. I keep getting a message when I start up the computer that I haven't completed the transaction...but it wouldn't let me complete it!

Also, I recently downloaded 10.4.11, could that have anything to do with it?

Honey I wish I could help you but I have only had my Macbook for six months. If i was you go over to mac-forums and ask those guys. And in the future go to them for all your problems not here. Hope I helped. Good Luck
