I'm focusing more on the after effects. I am not looking to losing weight.
So, when you donate blood, will your body in reaction, make you gain more weight?

no, you won't lose or gain, I don't see why you would. You might get tired and lightheaded, but your weight won't change.

they use the blood you donate to help save people who need it, like if they get in an accident or something! and i never heard it makes you gain weight, it most likely doesnt

I've never heard that. I've been donating blood for about 10 years and I've never seen a difference in my weight in the weeks afterwards

no, donating blood does not make you gain weight, it does help save lives of others though

this is not a good plan, you will not lose enough blood to give you a weight lose.
