As far as canonization, no - what is written is sufficient.
But Jesus said we would do greater works than He, so in that sense as long as there are Christians on the earth, the acts (not of His apostles, but of His followers) continue so I guess you could say the book of Acts is still being written in a Spiritual sense.

I understand it to be the acts of the apostles. We are still acting Christians and certainly our stories are written sometimes. It would be more accurately described as Christian history or Christian stories. We still learn an awful lot from modern day stories though. Good Question.

Does the Holy Spirit still move amongst us? Are we still evangelizing the Gospel? Are the fruits of the spirit still evident? Is the church still growing?
Yes.
Is the actual book going to be rewritten? No. when someone says "I have an addition" or "I have a new gospel"...red lights start twirling. Odds are...there's a reason their "new" isn't in there in the first place.
