If Heaven and Hell does exist. Then, it would depend on how the atheist lived his/her life.

If he has been good to his fellow and himself, he would likely go to heaven regardless of his beliefs. If he has been bad to his fellow and himself, then he would likely go to Hell.

God is forgiving, i believe that He will welcome even those who does not believe in Him as long as his samples are followed by this person.

Well, since they want nothing to do with the after-life, they don't really go anywhere. They just blink out, I suppose. They want nothing to do with Heaven, but I don't think they go to Hell either. Maybe they just hang out here. As ghosts or something.

Apparently, atheism more than just a rejection of religion, but simply the belief that God does not exist. Period. No God for you if you're an atheist. What's more is that atheists have the right to ridicule others who disagree with them. The more evolved ones don't, though.

We all either go to another place, or we don't. Know one knows. I am pretty sure that God, if he exists, doesn't only pick religious people. Especially as they are just as likely to not be very nice as anyone else.

The same place everyone else goes, in the dirt; or roasted to ash in an oven.

Your ridiculous definition notwithstanding, your question is pretty silly.
