I love Rocky Road.....here ya go...and enjoy
INGREDIENTS:
9 ounces dark chocolate
5 ounces miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup chopped, toasted walnuts or pecans
PREPARATION:
1. Prepare a cookie sheet by covering it with aluminum foil or parchment.
2. Melt the chocolate in the microwave or over a double boiler. Stir until completely smooth.
3. Add in the walnuts and marshmallows, stirring until they are completely covered with chocolate.
4. Drop by teaspoonfuls on the cookie sheet, and chill in the refrigerator until set.

there are a ton of rocky road recipes from candies to brownies..hope this one helps some..
ROCKY ROAD CANDY
1/2 c. Planters peanuts
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. miniature marshmallows
In a double boiler, over low heat, completely melt chocolate chips. Remove from heat and stir in marshmallows and peanuts. Drop by tablespoons onto waxed paper. Chill. Store candies in a covered container away from heat. Makes 18 candies.
NOTE: Don't let steam water get into the broiler pan with chocolate chips or white spots may appear on the candy.

Ya know..I have made this for years...
2 bags chocolate chips(you can even use butterscotch or white chocolate chips)
Melt
(you can do this using a double boiler or in the microwave.)
Add other ingredients..work fast...put on buttered cookie sheet to cool...break into pieces
All other ingredients are for you to decide...about a cup of each...
peanuts
walnuts
pecans
coconut
raisins
marshmallows
All these are real good...it is up to you..Enjoy and have fun making it!

Rocky Road Brownies
Ingredients:
1-1/4 cups miniature marshmallows
1 cup HERSHEY'S SPECIAL DARK Chocolate Chips or HERSHEY'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 9-inch square baking pan.
2. Stir together chocolate chips, marshmallows and nuts; set aside. Place butter in large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at MEDIUM (50%) 1 to 1-1/2 minutes or until melted. Add sugar, vanilla and eggs; beat with spoon until well blended. Add flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt; stir until well blended. Spread batter in prepared pan.
3. Bake 22 minutes. Sprinkle chocolate chip mixture over top. Continue baking 5 minutes or until marshmallows have softened and puffed slightly. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Using wet knife, cut into squares. About 20 brownies.
ROCKY ROAD FUDGE
12 oz. chocolate chips
14 oz. Eagle Brand sweet condensed milk
2 c. dry roasted peanuts
2 tbsp. butter
10 1/2 oz. miniature marshmallows
In saucepan melt chocolate chips with milk and butter. In large bowl combine peanuts and marshmallows. Pour chocolate mixture into nut mixture. Mix well, spread into wax paper lined 9 x 13 pan. Chill 2 hours before cutting.
ROCKY ROAD FUDGE BARS
1/2 c. butter
1 sq. (1 oz.) unsweetened chocolate
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 to 1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
FILLING:
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened (reserve 2 ounces for frosting)
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. butter or magarine, softened
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. chopped nuts
6 oz. pkg. (1 c.) semisweet chocolate pieces, if desired
FROSTING:
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/4 c. butter
1 sq. (1 oz.) unsweetened chocolate
Remaining 2 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. milk
1 lb. (3 c.) powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 13 x 9 inch pan. Lightly spoon flour into cup to measure; level off flour. In large saucepan, over low heat, melt 1/2 cup butter and one ounce chocolate. Add remaining bar ingredients. Mix well. Spread in prepared pan. In small bowl, combine 6 ounces cream cheese with next five filling ingredients. Blend until smooth and fluffy. Stir in nuts.
Spread over chocolate mixture. If desired, sprinkle with chocolate pieces. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 35 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with marshmallows and bake two minutes longer.
In large saucepan, over low heat, melt 1/4 cup butter, one ounce chocolate, remaining two ounces cream cheese and milk. Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Immediately pour over marshmallows and swirl together. Store in refrigerator. Makes about three dozen bars. (If using self rising flour, omit baking powder.)
