I would like to start 'juicing' for health benefits but have very little money- what do i need to get started?

Do I have to buy an juicing machine? If so, does anyone know of a good, cheap model? Is there a more cost efficiant way to juice using things I already have in my kitchen?

Just use your blender & make smoothies or protein drinks.
Juicing machines are expensive & you need the fibre.

A lot of fruits can be chopped up and juiced in a blender. It will turn out more like a smoothie than a juice, but it's the same type of thing.
