Why would you call him your boyfriend if you both are not dating each other? I would just call him a friend. I just think over the weekend he had time to really think about you and him and I think he doesn't want you to be his girlfriend but just a friend. If he is a youth most likely guys his age will be out to get laid that's all. And they wont understand the real meaning of falling in love. So therefore he wouldn't miss you unless he really has feelings for you. In this case he doesn't. So it's best to move on with your life. There's better guys out there and he is just a lost guy that doesn't know what he wants
in a girl but just sex.

PS: Don't even bother questioning
where was he at over the weekend
because he is not your lover.

You didn't give alot of details about the relationship as for as how long you've been involved, how serious it is etc... Perhaps he needed to take a break from the relationship, some down time. All relationships need space otherwise one or both parties began to feel 'smothered'. Expecting a response from a mate everytime you make a remark or comment is a sign of insecurity. Are the two of you even on the same page as far as the relationship is concerned? I ask this question because females sometimes make wrong assumptions about what we "think" is a relationship based on the idea that simply because "we" are having sex with someone on a regular basis that we are in a relationship with that person. You also did not mention your boyfriends' age, so keep this thought in mind; verbal expression from a male is a skill that can only be aquired with maturity and practice. SUGGESTION ;sit down with him and express yourself and maybe he'll reciprocate.

Why was he gone? Where did he go? Those are some important questions! If you don't know, I would kick his butt to the curb!

Well maybe he didn't say it, because he didn't think too say it back too you.

OR

Maybe something happened on his trip, and he did some things.
