Celestie among the three is most suitable. Trinity means a plurality, not suitable for a proper name for a new born child.

Look at the meanings.
Celestie: Heaven; Genesis: Beginning; Trinity: Three.
I think that I would go with either Celestie or Genesis..,. because a name that means a number doesn't make a lot of sense to me.
Hmm... the more I think about it, I think that Genesis (with the nickname Genna or Geni) is an absolutely beautiful name because of the meaning. I might actually steal that one.
