Back problems?

Ive had back problems three times this year. Its start by just being sore, but then the sharp painstha shoot through my whole body. twice this year i couldnt move, with severe pain.

There are a number of possibilities for what could be causing this such as an entrapped nerve but the only way to find out for sure what is going on is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think is going on.
