We are leaving for vacation on Friday morning- all adults. We will be flying, therefore we can't take anything cold along. Any suggestions on healthy snacks to bring with us? Some are allergic to nuts, therefore we can't make anything with nuts. A healthy trail mix? A popcorn recipe? We want to avoid fatty foods, as we will be eating out a lot and drinking a lot.

Thanks!!!

Granola is a great tasting, healthy snack.

Bare Naked is the only brand of granola, I buy.

Blueberry, Vanilla-Almond & Banana Nut are my favorite flavors.

It can be purchased at your local grocer.
