I'm 20 and I have never had a serious relationship, this also means I have never kissed. I'm picky and I have very high standards, but this guy really likes me and we've started hanging out. I've only known him for 2 weeks...when do you think it's a good time for something serious to happen. Like kissing, don't you think it's smart to wait for awhile to get to know each other before giving that part of your heart away like that. I don't know, I guess I've waited this long so it doesn't seem like a huge deal to wait longer if I have to

I waited a while too but i learned one thing that really a kiss means nothing i mean your first one does but as you get older your not going to think about that sorta thing if you feel your ready then you are only you know, I'm not sure what your thoughts are on sex but i would wait until you know hes the one. I wanted to wait until i was married but i knew when i met my now husband that I was ready, When i was around him my body would tremble and i got very weak in the knees.
we have been together for 5 yr and i would never change it and i would never regret it..
only you know when your ready

If you hold your "kissing virginity" on too high of a pedestal you will be very disappointed when you actually give it away. Just relax and have fun. Relationships don't always have to be serious. That being said, you should be much more cautious of entering into a intimate relationship. But kiss as many guys as you want. It's no big deal.

Kissing is giving part of your heart away? Since when? Personally, the first date is a perfect time for the first kiss. It can be a great time for other things as well, but it doesn't sound like you'd do that.

It depends on the individual, ive been with my guy for 6 yrs, married for two of those and we ended up in bed the first nite i met him, not saying that is what everyone should do or that is the right thing to do but sometimes you just go with what feels right at the time, it did for me and it turned out great, you will know when to go further and what feels right when the time is right for you

you are right that you need to get to know the person before this happens, but usually the first kiss happens between a week or two into the relationship...(2 dates maybe)

kate iam proud of you and keep up the good work stay a good girl till you marry then you can give yourself to your husband and be proud that you kept your self clean for him
that is rare these days the girls and boys are giveing them selves to freely these days and i think it is very wrong
