Right so everyone thinks i've reached my goal & that i look fab. im 5.3ish & 109Lbs. im quite toned, but im still not likeing what i see, specialy inner thighs & stomach, i can feel muscle wen i poke it but not when its just normal, looks flabby. how do i loose another half a stone without loosing my muslce?? is it possible? i was thinking if that bit of fat was gone the muscle would show, i just don't know how to keep the muscle ive gained & loose half a stone at the same time. Please help me.

Wrap your legs in plastic wrap. Sweat the fat out. No joke.

You really don't want to lose any more weight. But toning what you have would be a good thing.

If you can, join a gym where you can get pointers on firming up what you're not happy with.

Otherwise, you could try getting a set of tai-kwon-do DvDs and using them to work out.
