Just try to show them some respect, and stop having a bad attitude towards them.

Actions speak louder than words. If you are earnestly sorry and want to make amends, your attitude has to change permanently. You still can offer an apology, even if it isn't accepted initially. The fact that a heart-felt apology is extended to an individual is worth more than all the jewels in the world. After you apologize, show yourself to be a changed person. Only then will attitudes towards you change.

You can't take back anything. It's in the past. You only have power to change the future. The only way I know to right a wrong is to apologize. Apologizing is how you make up for it so I don't understand why you can't.

the opportunity will present itself. you will ultimately be in a situation where you can freely express your newly found respect or like for this person. don't say it if you don't truly mean it (maybe you like an outfit they're wearing, maybe you saw a great job they did on a project, etc.), but do say it if you do. your genuine appreciation for something good they've done should come through. just don't overdo or it will seem fake and they won't trust you. then move along about your usual business. eventually they'll warm up to you. the only thing constant in life is change and those that accept that will flourish. hope this helped!!

First, apologize, you have to find a way then treat them with dignity and respect. Keep doing this over and over and sooner or late you disrespecting of them will be put into the back of there mind instead of the front

Why wouldn't you be able to apologize? Well, whatever the reason, actions speak louder than words anyway. Just show them you're sorry rather than saying it. Take whatever opportunity you have to make amends, act differently, or whatever is appropriate for whatever specific thing you did.

Be sorry for it and vow to do better. Why can't you apologize. Send a card, e-mail. Usually you ask for forgiveness and either the other person says they forgive your or they don't . There's nothing more you can do. If you are religious, you can confess your transgression, ask for forgiveness, don't do it again, you are forgiven, and thus should not feel guilty any more.

Well, surely the fact that you recognise you had an unfair attitude is the first step? :)

If you can't make it up directly to the people you refer to, then just resolve to be fairer in the future!

Good luck with it :)

Talk to them and say something nice. Apologizing is a plus.

The generally accepted way is to show the change of attitude, or, stay quiet..
and, no, not trying to be rude, just real..
