Chopped Tomato
Chopped Cucumber
Black Olives
Chopped Scallions (Optional)
Salad Shrimp (Opional)
Mix all the ingredients together and you'll have a delicious pasta salad.

A nice baked or broiled chicken breast would be nice....wrap it in aluminum foil or cook it in a covered dish so it will be moist....then uncover the last few minutes so it will get nice and brown on the top.....add to that nice steamed brocoli or a tossed salad.....nice easy to fix, easy to afford low fat dinner and it is yummy as well.

Put a baked potato in the microwave then put cheese or whatever else you want on it. i once made a sloppy joe pizza. the crust is made of biscuts and the topping is hamburger meat, sloppy joe mix and some speghetti sauce and a tab of ketchup. then what you do is put mazzerala cheese on it.

Take a boneless, skinless chicken breast per person. sprinkle some dry italian seasoning on top , then sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on top, bake at 400F for 22 minutes,,,,,, tender juicy and delicous.

Cut steak in cubes cook with peppers mush and onions. When cooked to your liking add master piece Jack daniels BBQ suace. scoop in flour tortilla fold and eat.

Make sandwhich out of flour tortilla wrap (use cold cuts, chicken steak, any meat... add lettuce tomatoes and mayo, italian dressing, or spricy brown mustard... get creative.

Tuna...
drain the oil off....add some lime jiuce some salt....a finely chopped small onion...and top with some olive oil. eat on whole wheat bread with some salted chilled tomato wedges
