For example: if theres an occasion that you two want to spend together but the actual day of does not work and your guy is upset because he says it would mean more to him to get together on that day. how would you get him to agree to do it a day or two before, without making a big deal or getting angry with eachother?

I'll bargain with him - like I would do with anyone else. I'd just make it worth his while - treating him to something he likes if he agrees for example.

I usually make a deal with him. If he is reluctant to go, promise that he can drag you somewhere you wouldn't particularly like to go. Just to make it even. Then, neither one of you are more controlling of the other, and each of you gets what you want. A little boredom at a function never killed anyone.

I just explain the situation and what it means to me. Then compromise is good; say you'll do something he's been wanting you to do with him that you haven't felt like. If it really means that much to you and he can make it work, he'll probably give in.

Offer him a fun time later on, show a bit of cleavage etc. to get him in the mood.... hint at the possibility of sexual favours but hold out till he actually does what you want.

just talk it out...i know he can be really moody, but if he gets mad at you, its not your fault...the day just didnt work. Why cant you guys just get together a day before OR after?

Well, I know I'm not a woman, but the obvious answer is sexual favors. Really, any time you want a guy to do something offer him a trade.

You just can't. You can try the whole sweetness thing but I doubt it will work.
