How do you pray?

Do you pray with your hands pointed up, cupped together? With your fingers laced between each other? With your arms crossed?

Do you pray silently, or do you speak outloud?

Do you bow your head?

Do you close your eyes?

Did Jesus, or the early apostles ever discuss the proper way to pray?

He was saying that the Jews who are all like "I'm praying! I'm praying!!!!" were bad...

But that's not what I meant, I mean like the proper order, position, etc.

Usually when I am laying in bed with my eyes closed, silently.
The way that I like to is to put my elbows on the table in front of me, lace my fingers up in front of my face then lean my forehead on my thumbs and sort of look down. Eyes closed.
