Obviously this isn't right for you, or you wouldn't have asked the question online. You already know the right way to handle your situation.

But for now, go into your mind, and sink into the possibilities. Fantasize. Give yourself over to the fantasy. Think of the door opening. Of the other person walking in. How they talk, look, feel.... how they smell. Go thru the whole scenario. In your fantasy, undress them. Have them undress you. Go thru the whole idea of a perfect, romantic, passionate time with them. In your mind. Now, it's over. How was it? Who are you going to tell about your great newfound romance? Who are you going to share this with? Your wife? Girlfriend? Your dad? Your best friend?

Where are you going to go together in town to have coffee afterwards? Drinks? How will you spend Christmas together? Or, wait... have you hurt someone in the process? Is there a regret somewhere? What did you get in your fantasy about this other person that was so special? Maybe worth trading whatever you have now, for? Or for her... what does she lose? Husband? Boyfriend? Childrens' respect?

There are ways to release sexual tension. Go there, instead. And when you're done, look at yourself in the mirror. Look at that forehead, filled with the big brain that God gave you. The part that allows you to know about tomorrow, and recognize yourself in that mirror. The part that allows you to play "what if" games like this, and to make value and moral judgements. Then thank God and yourself for having foresight and good judgement, and DON'T let youself be caught in a situation alone with your temptress, ever. If you are, excuse yourself IMMEDIATELY.

The calendar pages will go by faster than you think, and in a year from now, you want to be able to look back on this time and congratulate yourself on making good decisions.

If you really don't want to; you never will. But hey, what you call sin is just biological and very natural. ;)
