Girls sleep with me but don't want relationship! Good and Sad!?

I am 27 male. My female friends sleep with me, but don't want to be in relationship with me! They say they don't want to ruin the friendship, (They think i'm their best friend, but I am NOT!) They are 20-23 yrs old and very pretty. I exercise daily and get my PhD in less than a year, and have job offers 100K. Whenever I tell them that I like them, they think I'm drunk!
What is going on?

that's kinda jacked up. maybe they dont want a relationship, because they want you to focus on getting that degree, and beautiful income.
