Does it matter how much you eat or could it be like a piece of something?

You should eat smaller meals if you are eating every 3 hours which is a very healthy approach to eating. Eat meat, veggies and starches no bigger than the palm of your hand as a rule of thumb. The starches you eat should be complex carbohydrates and the less processed the food the better. This type of eating will keep a more constant body glucose level and an overall higher base metobolic rate amoung other benifits.

at least eat 4 times a day snaks are ok but little snaks eating every three hours gives you more fat and the fat burns every 4 hours and the fat spreads if u keep eating and not let it burn?
