You can get meal replacement beverages from the bodybuilding industry. However, these are expensive... so you can make your own.... here is a recipe....
2 fresh eggs
1 banana sliced
1 tablespoon of honey
500 ml of full cream milk
1 drop of vanilla essence
Stick all that in a blender.. and blend it.
Now.. if you are not able to have milk... you can do similar things with juice. If you want some recipes.. I can send them to you. Just let me know.
My friend lost 144 pounds (70kg) when he had a serious medical problem. He lived on Miso soup. (Oh he could afford to lose that much.. he still weighs over 200 pounds)

Aw...you poor thing! I get like that sometimes and can't eat for days at a time. I wish I could give you a big hug, because I know how ill, tired and exhausted it makes you feel to be that way...
You MUST make sure you keep your fluids up. Drink plenty of water, or better still electrolyte drinks. Electrolyte drinks contain special minerals that help keep you hydrated. You could try ones like Powerade or Gatorade from the supermarket or buy the special powder mix to make the drink from a pharmacy.
If you can, try some tinned fruit, but put it in a blender or mash it first. Tinned or packed soups are good (not tomato, the high acid content may upset your tummy more). Juices are also good because they hydrate you and contain nutrients, but try not to drink orange juice, as like the tomato, it has a lot of acid. You could try plain vanilla custard or yogurt if it's not too much for your stomach to take. And jellies too.
Poor Moon, I hope you feel better soon. Don't forget, the most important thing is to stay hydrated. ((((Moon))))

Lots of good suggestions, though I'm not so keen on so-called "energy drinks". Meat broth, mashed bananas, etc is better. But there's also a fortified powder called "Sustagen" here, which one mixes with milk, or soy milk, to make something like a milk shake. It's used in hospitals, and I use it occasionally when needed. It comes in different flavors - I prefer vanilla. It's easy to drink. You should see a doctor or chemist, who might also prescribe vitamin pills to take with the milk shake if needed. This or an alternative is bound to be available where you are. It doesn't require prescription. It satisfies hunger, as well as being sustaining. We can live for days without food - but we must have water, about a litre a day preferably. Look after yourself. Hugs.

Since it's summer... I recommend some yummy shakes:
- mix mashed bananas with fruit juice (orange juice makes a great combination), and add cold milk. That will give you vitamins and proteins.
- mix yoghurt with milk and cereals
You can also use vegetables, for a salty beverage; just put them in the electric blender and improvise any mix you like :-)
Here are a lot of healthy recipes:

Take care of yourself! :-)

UPDATE: On second thought, if your stomach is giving you trouble you shouldn't eat. Keep yourself hydrated by drinking a lot (especially sports drinks, such as Gatorade... but make sure that your blood pressure is not high, because these drinks have sodium). And go see the doctor!! It's also very important that you rest well.

This answer is easy for me. I drink fresh liquid cabbage, liquid broccoli, parsley, cranberries, liquid bananas, orange juice, pomegranate, etc.
I put healthy vegetables and fruits, orange juice in a blender with a little soy milk perhaps, and whir away. Sometimes I add oatmeal
Oh and getting a quality juice extractor and using it to do the same thing as described above is a good idea too.
You might think that what you get at Jamba Juice is the same thing. Nope. Too many concentrated fruit sugars (they're not added, but..) and not enough vegetables

He has found out that if he holds out you will provide him junk as a exchange of his time-honored foodstuff and snacks. Pediasure isn't surprisingly healthful and that is packed with sugar. as a exchange grant him 3 time-honored healthful foodstuff (on the table with the the remainder of the family members) and a couple of snacks. provide him issues like greek yogurt, eggs, shredded meat, and parts of despite you have made for breakfast, lunch and dinner on a daily basis. do not turn eating right into a combat. he's at an age while he sees that he can administration issues like while and what to consume. in case you start up rigidity feeding or coxing him he will refuse just to coach you that he can. it's hard to say without more info. if you can't eat things because of stomach problems, that's different than someone who's jaw is wired shut an can only drink.
one of the best things to eat for both cases is runny mashed potatoes. they have a lot of calories plus a few vitamins. if you have stomach problems, try just potatoes and water (and a little salt). if possible, add milk and/or butter to make them runny. you'll get protein and more vitamins. you can add other vegetable extracts too to get fancy.
this doesn't have all the complex vitamins, but in the short term it's good.
people that have gastric bypass surgery to make their stomach smaller (to lose weight) cheat by drinking mashed potatoes. they are hungry but their stomach can only take a little at a time. so, some of them actually gain weight... lol.

If you have a juicer, you can eat (drinki) just about anything that you can shove into the thing. Try starting off with light veggies like carrots, cabbage, lettuce, spinach, something with a lot of nutrition but won't upset your stomach any more than it already is. Just go light on the cabbagfe as it can cause gas.

Everyone has already said soups and juices. But, I find this simple and healthy ...
Go to or have someone go for you, to a health food store, and buy their ready-made vegetarian soups. They are free of crapola additives, and have tons of vitamins, minerals, and good stuff in them.
Feel better.
