you might have calculi or stones anywhere in your urinary tract. however, the most frequent site is the kidneys. the problems that can occur as a result of calculi are pain which you have already mentioned, obstruction and tissue trauma with secondary hemorrhage and infection. better consult your doctor for further assessment and treatment.

Your complaints are common to a urinary tract infection. You need to see a doctor for a urine test and treatment. Don't wait! I had this last year and it was an e-coli infection and I got very, very sick real fast!
