we live next door to eachother. we dated for almost two years. we are both single parents with custody of our kids. he had been talking to some older MARRIED lady at work for the past two months behind my back. so, then he broke up with me, saying that he likes me so much, but he doesn't love me. anyways, i am going nuts thinking about it. he goes to work third shift and i know that she is there. i hear his car coming and going out of his driveway. i'm literally going nuts! i'm having horrible panic attacks, especially when i hear him or when i am on my way home from work. also, he wants his cake and eat it too...he wants to remain friends. any suggestions on what to do? and, please, be nice, i'm having a very difficult time right now and i don't need a smart ***. thanks in advance. oh, and i cannot move. i have kids who need stability and i have a great house with unbelievably cheap rent. ( he owns his house and is not leaving).

Talk to him about it, tell him how you feel. You can't just make him love you again, but trying to create a relationship again might lead to that.
