Seriously there are societies for dumb people, it is only confidential and only high heads know about it! It's made by them. Higher designers of societies control everything. Actually yes there is, you may have heard of M.E.N.S.A, the organization for people of very high IQ`s, well there is also D.E.N.S.A, which is specifically for those of pretty low I.Q.
