wow. take her to a restaurant in dinner time eat, talk and then propose her. and tell her how much you care her and love her. try to be a practical man not a imaginary prince.

My beloved proposed to me at a restaurant we both loved in Southern California. He knew I always had a habit of placing my hand in his pocket after dinner when we walked out. -And as we left and walked outside under a clear sky and stars stroling down a beautiful path, he quietly said, "if you put your hand in my pocket tonight, you'll find something I've been wanting to give you..." -It was an engagement ring. I was overwhelmed with happiness.
I think a spot where you first met, or a place you love...I think it should be personal with no others around as well. It doesn't have to be extravagant, just memorable.

firstly id find a lovely romantic lookout pack a picnic and champagne etc but have it already set up at site.
get other half 2 "go 4 a bushwalk a friend of u said was a nice walk" and surprise with a picnic".
only later 2 hide engagement ring in champagne glass.
JUST MAKE SURE THEY DNT SWALLOW IT lol

A good way for a guy to propose is for the guy to pamper you then to take you out to a really nice place and to bring you home to roses and really good wine then with your favorite sweet and then to pop thequestion.

Something simple.
Both my fiancee and I are people who appreciate simplicity. IMO, when you try too hard to impress, you forget what is really important. My fiancee took me to dinner (we love food), followed it up with good conversation and a romantic walk on the beach. Before we left, he got on his knee and proposed.

fortune cookie...ring in there or a note in it...
go out for dinner and pput the ring in a glass
