Doesn't sound serious- but pretty annoying. She is likely to do well in counseling. My son had a girlfriend that didn't work out. He called her a "drama queen". Not a personality diagnosis, but it seems to fit. Trying paying more positive attention towards her when she is not hysterical. Maybe she will realize that there are better ways to get attention. When no one reacts to her hysteria maybe she will get the hint that her friends feel that she is capable of handling that anxiety without any extra help. Good luck

I don't think that is a personality disorder, just an over-reaction to something that stresses her out. She might have a lower threshold for stressful situations (explaining why the things you feel are no big deal are huge to her) or she may just have a different perspective on what makes her stressed. She should attempt to find some more effective ways of calming herself down...as screaming out the window does not seem very rational or safe!

I am not a doctor but ....your friend does sound like she MIGHT have Histrionic Personality Disorder which used to be called Hysterical Personality disorder.
In lay terms: "Total Drama Queen".

It sounds like she has clinical anxiety or paranoia. Not a personality disorder, just something that could be fixed with some therapy and possibly some medicine. I would encourage her to see a doctor and if you feel care enough about her, mention her behavior to her parents and tell them your concerns. Hopefully, they can get her some help.

She may be having anxiety attacks, but it's hard to evaluate her with just this post.
One thing is for sure, you should have a talk with her to let her know this is not normal and she really needs to seek out some counseling. I would also discuss this with her parents and let them know you are concerned.

As you get older you learn how to weed out those toxic people from your life. I take it you are young because she still is in your life... I am not sure of the particular personality disorder.. other than pain in the ***.
