Okay first of all, my ear throbs [the inside] and it feels weird so i like yawn or something to make it go away, i remember like 1 year and a half ago i was swimming and my cousin kicked me in the ear by acciden, could that be the cause? and also i feel this weird throbbing on my wrist like if its in my vein or sumthing, and it some what hurts! that throbbing i feel also happens throughout my arm sumtimes and some other places like me leg..also my hand nails are like always painted, so i was bitting on two of my nails so i took off the paint, and i noticed those two were yellow? whats the deal? do i paint my nails too much or sumthing? and last time i was in the shower and i felt like i wasnt breathing! i knew i was but i felt like my heart stopped or sumthing and like i was short of breath.....!?

OK the ear problem could be decreased air pressure or simply too much blood running through that side of the head, if you were lying down with that side to the ground that could explain it...

the veins throbbing in your arms and wrists... its part of growing up happens to most everyone

nails could be many things but id try to not use nail polish anymore and see if the discoloration is gone in around a week if not it could be an infection... usually they are accompanied by pain though

and if it was a very hot shower it may feel like that because warmer air has lower pressure than colder air and the air pressure inside your body also controls breathing in a way so it was basically just the steam

The ear and throbbing in your arms, legs, hands, or feet can all be signs of a blood pressure issue. The same goes for the shortness of breath while standing (showering). I would have your blood pressure checked...if it's is high, you can hear/feel it if you are observant like that...it feels like a pulse or sounds like the ocean in your head at times..pay attention at night when you are in the dark silence. Yellow nails are typically from the nail polish.

i agree could be blood pressure. Could also be a neurological problem. Only way to know for sure is to be seen By a Doctor. No way for someone on here to diagnose you. Best of luck
