says that workers at a slaughterhouse got sick. They all worked in the part of the slaughterhouse where pig brains are air blasted out of the skulls. These works might have gotten sick from inhaling the brains. If these brains aren't safe to inhalf, what makes anyone think they're safe to eat? Could cooking the brains make the brains safe to eat, or is another "mad cow" incident waiting to happen?

A lot of things are safe to eat but not safe to inhale. There's nothing wrong with eating pig's brains. Cover brains with cold water, add salt and soak for an hour. Then remove ...very gently...any membranes that are blood streaked. Dredge in flour and fry in oil till golden brown. Salt and pepper to taste. They are good!
Jewish people will not eat pork because they are still under the law of the Old Testament. However, Christians are not under the law; they are under grace!
