Yeah that`s a good saying, Jesus said that unless you become like little children you cannot enter the kingdom of Heaven, children are actually pretty humble because they depend on grown-ups for everything, of themselves they own nothing and look to parents to sustain them.
This is the attitude that Jesus states that we need to have too, anyone Man or Woman able to humble themselves by praying to God on their knees is showing quite a bit of the same humble dependence of little children towards God.

No. I'm 5'10 standing up, and 4'3 kneeling down (it's a bit difficult to get it accurate while kneeling, but about that).
