You really have a very mild prescription in both eyes. On the right eye you are slightly near sighted, but in the left eye you are slightly far sighted with a mild astigmatism. Honestly, you probably don't need the glasses much at all. I would wear them when you read and maybe while driving at night. With this prescription you would most likely be able to pass an eye exam for a driving test with no problem. I was an optician for 5 years, so I have a pretty good idea about this, but call your doctor if you want to be sure of what he/she recommends. I, however, don't think you need to wear them all the time.

If you are near sighted, wear them when you are going to be reading from far away during important moments, such as class time, or driving. You could wear them whenever you leave home if you want. You could also wear them while watching television. If you're far sighted, wear them when you are reading a book or something like that. If there is something else wrong with your eyes, wear them at all times when you are awake. Never wear glasses while asleep.

That is about as mild a prescription as you can get and my guess is that you complained of headaches due to the difference in the eyes and the slight astigmatism, or they would not have bothered with it at all. Wear them when you feel the need, simple as that. If you need a clearer look at something, or if reading gives you a headache otherwise.

Since your prescription is so mild, you can wear the glasses only when you actually need them. I wish I could wear my glasses only occasionally but I have to wear them nearly all the time because my prescription is quite strong and I see poorly without them.

I'd recommend calling your doctor and asking what they recommend.
The only other thing I can say is to just wear them when you need them. Can you read without them? Can you clearly see road signs without them?
